1. Choose the apartment you are interested in renting

2. Fill in an application form with one of our letting agents  

3. Submit your application together with a copy of your ID, 3 months payslip and 3 months bank statement, R100 application fee (this is to cover admin costs and costs of credit checks)

4. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation sms with the amount you need to pay to secure the apartment and the bank details

5. Pay your deposit and sign your lease

6. You can now move in on your move in date!
