APPLY TO LIVE AT BRAAMFONTEIN GATE
Applying to live at Braamfontein Gate is easy! Come visit us on site and one of our property managers will show you around the building and will show you the apartments which are currently available. Once you have chosen the apartment you want to rent, you will fill in the application to rent form with the property manager. You will give the completed form to the manager together with 3 Month pay slips, copy of your ID document and copies of your bank statements. There is a R200 application fee which covers the cost of our credit checks.
Your application will be processed by our admin department and you will receive an sms with the outcome of your application soon after submitting your application. If your application is approved you will be given details of the amount and bank details which you need to pay to secure your apartment. Once you have paid, our office will contact you to arrange for you to come to the office to sign your lease agreement.
