MONTHLY CHARGES
Apart from your monthly base rental, these are the additional charges that will be incurred
Water - Cold water is charged on a per person basis at R145.00 / person. Water demand fee R36.00. Hot water is metered
Electricity - Each apartment has a prepaid electricity meter, you only pay for what you use
Sewer & refuse - charged at R307.00 / apartment
Parking - Parking is limited to 500 bays underground. To rent a bay it will be at a charge of R500 per month.
Storage - Storage units are available on each floor. Pricing will depend on the unit and the size
